AB ExposureTM dual frame exposure control, adapted to different image function configuration requirements
SC860AT supports a high frame rate of 45fps and AB ExposureTM dual frame exposure control function. It can flexibly and independently configure different exposure parameters for each dual frame according to the needs of different application scenarios. It can help car cameras output clear and complete high frame rate visual images without dragging in all weather and all scenes, achieving clear recognition of LED road signs such as traffic signals and signs, as well as moving objects such as vehicles and pedestrians.
In AB ExposureTM dual frame exposure control mode, SC860AT can set a longer fixed exposure time of>10ms for frame A, which is used to fully capture the flicker signals of LED light sources such as traffic signals, headlights, and road signs, effectively avoiding problems such as uneven brightness or incomplete display caused by LED flickering, and ensuring continuous and complete image acquisition; B-frame can be set as automatic exposure. When encountering strong light scenes such as building glass reflection, high beam headlights of oncoming vehicles at night, and moving objects such as vehicles and pedestrians, reducing the exposure duration can effectively suppress overexposure and motion ghosting, achieving high frame rate and high-quality images with clear brightness and no ghosting.

SC860AT adopts an upgraded iBGA packaging form. Compared to traditional CSP packaging, the iBGA packaging of SC860AT is designed based on substrate and solder ball array structure, which has superior thermal stability, electrical performance, mechanical stress resistance, and lower DPPM failure rate, effectively reducing risks such as packaging warpage and solder joint fatigue.
