Shanghai, China, September 11, 2025- Global renowned semiconductor manufacturer ROHM (headquartered in Kyoto, Japan) announced today that it will participate in the Shanghai International Power Components and Renewable Energy Management Exhibition and Seminar (PCIM Asia Shanghai) from September 24 to 26. SiC plastic encapsulated modules with four in one and six in one structures: packaged in "HSDIP20", suitable for applications such as PFC and LLC converters in xEV vehicle OBC, providing compact and cost optimized driving solutions;

New SiC plastic encapsulation modules for industrial equipment and vehicle applications;

TO247 discrete SiC MOSFET: demonstrated through a practical three-phase inverter board for use in traction systems.

Semitron Danfoss module SEMITRANS 20 with built-in ROHM new 2kV SiC MOSFET, applied to SMA Solar Technology AG's new solar system product "Sunny Central FLEX".
