On July 8, 2025, Da Da Da Lian Holdings, an internationally leading semiconductor component distributor dedicated to the Asia Pacific market, announced that its subsidiary Pinjia has launched a 3.3KW bidirectional totem pole PFC inverter power supply solution based on Microchip's dsPIC33CK256MP506 main control MCU.

The dsPIC33CK256MP506 used as the core of this solution is a high-performance digital processing controller under Microchip, with a built-in 16 bit dsPIC33CK CPU, a clock speed of 100MHz, 256K Flash and 24K RAM, and DSP and enhanced peripherals. And the digital power supply specific zero pole compensation algorithm function integrated inside the chip control code can perform compensation operations on the voltage and current loop of PFC, thereby eliminating many peripheral compensation devices and saving system design costs.
In addition, the solution is also equipped with Microchip MSC035SMA070B4 silicon carbide MOSFET, MCP1755-3302 regulator, MCP6072-E/SN operational amplifier Infineon IPDQ60R010S7 CoolMos? Products such as MOSFETs, 2EDF7275F MOSFET gate drivers, and TI LMH6642 operational amplifiers can provide high-performance and cost-effective solutions for the design of new energy storage inverters.
