S32K344 is an automotive grade MCU based on NXP's ARM Cortex-M7 architecture, which complies with ISO 26262 ASIL-D functional safety level. The MCU has a clock frequency of up to 160MHz and is equipped with 4MB Flash (with ECC) and 512KB RAM (with ECC), supporting low-power operation and fast wake-up mode, suitable for power electronics and cost sensitive applications in harsh environments. In addition, S32K344 also integrates HSE security engine, supports encryption algorithms such as AES-128/192/256, RSA, ECC, etc., has secure boot, key storage, and side channel protection functions, and has extremely high security performance.
The FS26 SBC chip has multiple switch mode regulators and LDO regulators, which can power microcontrollers, sensors, peripheral ICs, and communication interfaces. In addition, the chip can provide various functions for system control and diagnosis, such as analog multiplexer, GPIO and selectable I/O wake-up events, long-term timer or SPI communication.
TJA1145 CAN transceiver is a high-speed communication chip that supports CAN FD data transmission rates of up to 5Mbit/s. It has extremely low power consumption in standby and sleep modes, and also has selective wake-up function, which can ignore CAN FD frames to avoid false wake-up, ensuring efficient, stable, and energy-saving communication in complex automotive environments.
Longda Electronics PO40X01 Smart LED adopts an integrated packaging of RGB LED and LED control IC, with dimensions of 4.08mm × 3.10mm × 0.65mm, supports CAN communication, and has separate LED hardware temperature monitoring and compensation functions, suitable for automotive ambient light design.
This solution can be widely applied to interior lighting of various passenger and commercial vehicles, such as center console ambient lighting, ceiling ambient lighting, door trim ambient lighting, footwell lighting, storage box lighting, etc. With strong technological advantages, the solution not only achieves smooth switching of lighting effects, but also seamlessly integrates ambient lighting with the interior environment through precise control and adjustment.
Core technological advantages:
NXP S32K344 microcontroller: based on the Arm Cortex-M7 core, with a clock frequency of up to 160MHz, it has powerful computing capabilities and rich peripheral resources, and can be used as the main controller of the body control module BCM, while meeting complex lighting control requirements;
